5 fifteen, a leading UK software company supplying publishers throughout the world, today launches a new ad DEPOT app, available on the Salesforce app exchange. ad DEPOT fits seamlessly within Salesforce to enable sales teams to capture media scheduling with advertisement details, issue dates, digital ranges and quantities and pricing; a total advertising solution for digital and print booking.

5 fifteen’s original ad DEPOT app was launched in May this year with great success. Today’s upgraded version allows users to benefit from 5 fifteen’s fully featured quotation solution: quote&CLOSE, which also launches today.
Bookings are sent to external systems quickly and simply for production, planning or billing purposes using the industry standard AdsML, eliminating the need for bespoke integration between Salesforce and other back office systems. The ad DEPOT app comes with a custom approvals process, which can be used to check accuracy for new staff, provide a review by finance or approval of bookings by management.

Booking screens allow quick entry of data using synonyms, and configuration settings allow data capture to be completely flexible to enable simple or complex bookings – whichever is preferable to the publisher. ad DEPOT can capture multi-media bookings so print and digital media can be sold on one booking for a single total price to customers.
